Isaac Lee is a Managing Director with Teneo’s Financial Advisory business. In this role, he primarily focuses on the firm’s Turnaround and Restructuring practice.
Isaac brings more than 25 years of experience advising clients on operational restructuring, liquidity management and interim management engagements. He has executed a broad range of recapitalization, restructuring, M&A and financing transactions, and has deep expertise in developing and implementing operational turnaround and restructuring plans. His industry experience spans healthcare, retail, oil and gas, media and manufacturing/industrials.
Prior to joining Teneo, Isaac was a Managing Director at Ankura Consulting Group in their Turnaround and Restructuring Group. While at Ankura, he was responsible for leading numerous restructuring engagements in the healthcare, energy and retail/consumer sectors.
Isaac is a graduate of the University of Southern California with a B.S. in Finance and a Minor in Political Science, cum laude. He also holds an MBA degree from Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College.
