Grace Prendergast is a Senior Consultant with Teneo’s People Advisory business, based in London. She focuses on chief people officer and broader HR appointments.
Prior to Teneo, Grace worked for a boutique executive search firm specialising in finding People Leaders across start-ups and scale-ups in the UK and Europe.
Before starting her advisory career, Grace was a professional rower for New Zealand, winning both Gold and Silver medals at the Tokyo Olympic Games. She later completed her Master’s degree at the University of Cambridge.
Grace remains involved in the world of sport as a commentator and presenter for World Rowing and The Boat Race, a Steward at Henley Royal Regatta, and an ambassador for Right to Play UK, a charity that uses play to protect and educate children living in some of the most difficult places on earth.
