Giles Kernick is a Senior Managing Director with Teneo’s Strategy and Communications business, based in London. Giles joined Teneo following the firm’s acquisition of Tulchan Communications.

Specialising in financial communications and investor relations with experience across a range of sectors Giles joined Tulchan in 2011 and spent four years in Singapore from 2016 developing the firm’s Asia offering.

Giles has worked with private and public companies in many high-profile situations including IPOs, M&A, crises and ESG across Europe and Asia.
