George Dickenson is a Manager with Teneo’s Financial Advisory business, based in Hong Kong SAR.
George has over 6 years of experience in cross-border insolvency, legal entity rationalisation and insolvent/solvent wind downs. George’s experience includes formal liquidations (both solvent and insolvent) of companies with global operations, primarily in Asia. These engagements regularly involve cross-border issues including asset realisation, stakeholder management and complex financial investigations.
George has also worked at Teneo in the Cayman Islands, where his role also involved advising global clients on the wind down of fund structures including SPCs, limited partnerships and master-feeder funds.
Prior to joining Teneo in London as part of its acquisition of Deloitte’s UK Restructuring business in June 2021, George was a member of the Deloitte Corporate Simplification team.
George is an Associate Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. George is also a member the International Association of Restructuring, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Professionals (INSOL) and has obtained the Foundation Certificate in International Insolvency Law.
