George is a Senior Consultant with Teneo

George has over 5 years of experience working in restructuring and insolvency. George’s primary area of focus is voluntary (solvent) liquidations and official (insolvent) liquidations in the Cayman Islands. These engagements regularly involve cross-border issues including asset realisation, stakeholder management and complex financial investigations.

Prior to joining Teneo in London as part of its acquisition of Deloitte’s UK Restructuring business in June 2021, George was a member of the Deloitte Corporate Simplification team. In this role, George’s focus was legal entity rationalisation and the solvent wind down of entities registered in England & Wales to maximise a return to shareholders.

George is an Associate Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. George is also a member the International Association of Restructuring, Insolvency & Bankruptcy Professionals (INSOL) and has obtained the Foundation Certificate in International Insolvency Law.
