Elliott Grover is a Business Development Consultant supporting the Culture and Organisational development team within Teneo’s People Advisory division.
Elliott joined Teneo from Greenworkx, where he was the first sales hire responsible for building the function and owning pipeline generation activity.
Prior to Teneo, Elliott represented Great Britain with the sport of Fencing, having achieved a Commonwealth Gold medal in 2018 alongside a No.1 British ranking for 3 consecutive years. He is also an ambassador for the charity Beyond Equality, a charity disrupting harmful norms, working with men and boys towards gender equality.
