Elizabeth Buckley is the Head of Cyber and Technical Solutions for Risk Advisory at Teneo.
In this role, Elizabeth leads strategic and operational cyber initiatives across Teneo’s client base. This includes advising on macrotrends in the cyber industry, conducting technical deep dives and infrastructure testing, technical data collection and review, and curating solutions for sensitive matters and special situations.
Prior to joining Teneo, Elizabeth was an Enterprise Account Director at Praetorian, an offensive cybersecurity strategy firm, where she led major global businesses through multi-pronged cybersecurity initiatives focused on corporate and product security.
Before Praetorian, Elizabeth spent over ten years in Technical Operations for the Central Intelligence Agency, specializing in radio frequency exploitation and targeting individuals and systems of national security interest in the Middle East and Africa. Her work focused on advanced RF operations, network-level technology, and digital communications.
Earlier in her career, Elizabeth worked at the United Nations on post-conflict policies in Africa and the Balkans. She holds a B.A. in English from Louisiana State University and an M.A. in Conflict and Security from The New School.
