David is a Managing Director at Teneo focused on strategic communications and organisational change issues across geographies and sectors. He has been working in communications, change and transformation for over 30 years.
David helps leaders and their companies to make organisational change happen through people. That means designing, developing and delivering organisational change management programmes, helping build and embed cultures, developing capabilities, and the operationalisation of strategies.
Through the combined work of Teneo, David and his colleagues help CEOs and other leaders to diagnose, design and deliver change plans. And ensures people can deliver those plans by adopting the change, in a sustained and sustainable way.
As a result, what the organisational change team do is ensuring that businesses get all the value out of the changes that they design and implement – often faster and more efficiently.
He is a dual Canadian and UK citizen, based out of London. He speaks English and French fluently.
