Dan Stolarski

Managing Director

Dan Stolarski is a Managing Director with Teneo’s Management Consulting business and leads the U.S. Retail practice. 

Dan has more than 25 years of management consulting experience, advising corporate clients and investors on growth strategy, transaction diligence, business model reinvention and operations and technology transformations. His areas of focus include market entry strategy, channel strategy, omni-channel enablement, category strategy, consumer experience, operating model design, data and analytics and end-to-end supply chain planning. 

Dan has worked across a broad range of retail and consumer sectors including Fashion & Luxury Apparel, Specialty Apparel Retail, Luxury Consumer Goods, Beauty & Personal Care, Health & Wellness, General Merchandise, Home Goods, Grocery, Food & Beverage, Big Box Specialty Retail, Off-Price and Discount. He brings significant global experience, having worked with clients across North America, Latin America, Asia, Australia and Europe. 

Prior to joining Teneo, Dan held leadership roles at global consultancies where he led retail, consumer and private equity practices. His prior consulting experience includes Argon & Co, Boston Consulting Group, PwC and Deloitte. He began his career as a merchant at Target Corporation. 

Dan received his MBA and BA from the University of Michigan.
