Dan Lonergan

Managing Director

Dan has a combined 30 years of private equity, operations, and investment banking experience.

Over the course of his career, he has completed nine principal equity investments, totaling approximately $220 million in equity, and 17 M&A and corporate finance transactions, totaling approximately $25 billion in value. Dan has spent most of the last 15 years investing in, or running businesses in the services sector (financial, business, marketing, healthcare, and telecommunications).

Most recently, Dan was the CEO of Okinus, Inc., a specialty consumer finance business that provides lease purchase financing to the credit challenged consumer. Prior to that, Dan was the CEO of Procare Rx, a national pharmacy benefit management company, and the Chairman of Global Connection Inc. of America, a telecommunication services company. Earlier in his career, Dan co-founded and was the COO of CompuTower Technologies Corp., a manufacturer of automated parking and storage systems. Prior to that, Dan spent five years as a Partner at Roark Capital Group and served on the Board of several Roark portfolio companies including: Money Mailer, Fastsigns, Wood Structures, Ace Mortgage Funding, and Cybercore Technologies.

Dan began his career as an institutional bond Trader for Bear Stearns in New York and later transitioned to investment banking, where he worked in the mergers and acquisitions groups of J.P. Morgan and Credit Suisse as a generalist for over a combined six years.

Dan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Masters in Business Administration from The Pennsylvania State University, where he also was a member of the 1982 national championship football team.
