Craig Crosbie

Senior Managing Director

Craig Crosbie is a Senior Managing Director with Teneo’s Financial Advisory business, based in Melbourne.

Craig has more than 35 years of experience advising stakeholders on corporate advisory, restructuring and recovery matters across a wide range of industries. Prior to joining Teneo following its acquisition of PwC’s Australian Business Restructuring Services unit, Craig was a Partner at PwC, where he advised on restructurings in the education, retail, manufacturing and financial products sectors.

Craig has significant expertise in business performance and strategy, turnaround initiatives, formal recovery processes and complex insolvency appointments. This includes leading some of Australia’s largest and most complex matters, such as the administration of the Hastie Group, a global building services provider with over AUD 1.9 billion in turnover, and the liquidation of Gunns Group, one of Australia’s largest forestry managed investment schemes with over AUD 3 billion in creditor claims. He has also acted as special purpose liquidator of Aus Streaming Ltd, liquidator of Liquefied Natural Gas Ltd and administrator and subsequently deed administrator of the Godfreys Group, overseeing multi-jurisdictional recoveries and high-stakes negotiations with creditors and regulators.

Craig holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting/Law). He is a Registered Liquidator, a Member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand (CAANZ), the Australian Restructuring Insolvency and Turnaround Association (ARITA) and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
