Conor Parkes is a Manager with Teneo’s Forensic Technology team, based in the Cayman Islands.
With over 4 years of experience spanning the full EDRM lifecycle, Conor specializes in managing complex eDiscovery projects, leveraging AI and advanced analytics to streamline processes and generate efficiencies. Conor has worked on a wide range of eDiscovery projects, including civil litigation, insolvency and whistle-blower, sanctions, malpractice and regulatory investigations. Conor has also leveraged eDiscovery tools such as Relativity and Nuix to collect, process and review millions of documents.
Select Project Experience:
- Led and supported workstreams on the liquidation of a multi-billion-dollar crypto investment fund, managing multiple distinct reviews across a workspace of 2.5m documents and assisting with responses to U.S. regulatory subpoenas – performing over 60 regulatory disclosures.
- Large-scale regulatory investigation of an automotive company: Conor was involved in the full lifecycle of the project and coordinated for lawyers across 20 European jurisdictions.
- Onsite Data Collection and Preservation on one of the largest regulatory eDiscovery investigations into obstruction of justice and data destruction for a major FTSE100 company.
- Secondment to the Global Investigations team of another multinational FTSE100 company, providing eDiscovery support at all stages of the case lifecycle.
