Claire O’Neill is a Managing Director with Teneo’s Strategy and Communications business, based in Dublin.
Claire is part of Teneo’s Digital team, where she works alongside leadership to set the vision for integrated and insight-led digital campaigning, lead flagship client relationships and support the continued growth of Teneo’s multidisciplinary digital offering. She brings over 18 years of experience shaping brand strategies and driving commercial growth for global clients across the pharma/health, consumer and financial sectors in Ireland, the UK, Europe and the Middle East.
Prior to Teneo, Claire was with Publicis Health London, where she served as international client lead for Pfizer’s oncology business. In this role, she oversaw strategic communications, commercial planning and campaign development, with responsibility for operational excellence, commercial performance and brand impact across key markets.
Before joining Publicis Health London, Claire was Client Experience Director at IMA. Earlier in her career, she spent several years in Qatar helping to establish Ogilvy’s business, where, as part of the MENA senior leadership team, she shaped brand and communications strategies and led large-scale global pitches.
Claire holds an MSc in Marketing and a BSc in Pharmaceutical Chemistry with Molecular Biology from the National University of Ireland. She brings a distinctive blend of scientific training, commercial acumen and creative brand expertise to her work advising clients on sustainable, long‑term growth.
