Chloe Ruffell-Smith is a Manager at Teneo in the British Virgin Islands, having joined Teneo following its acquisision of KPMG (BVI) Limited’s Restructuring business.

Chloe has over 8 years experience working in the British Virgin Islands in the Restructuring and Advisory field. Chloe’s work has mainly focused on formal insolvency engagements and solvent liquidations.

Chloe has a broad range of restructuring and insolvency experience and has been a key team member on a number of multi-jurisdictional engagements that have involved recognition issues, fraud and asset tracing and other complex matters.

Chloe holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Miami and is a member of the International Women’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC) and the Recovery and Insolvency Specialists Association (RISA).
