Brian Kelly is a Managing Director with Teneo’s Capital Projects & Infrastructure (CP&I) team, part of the firm’s Financial Advisory business in the Middle East.
Based in Dubai, Brian is a strategic project and programme leader with over 20 years of experience working within the global CP&I industry. He has extensive experience working as a client advisor and contractor across a diverse range of sectors including, sports and major events, data centres, real estate, hospitality and entertainment, such as the Olympic and Paralympic Games and World Expo’s.
Brian has a proven track record of delivering and advising on complex and transformative programmes across their entire life cycle, including feasibility and planning; procurement; engineering and execution; and operations. He is a strong collaborator and leader who is capable of building high-performing teams to deliver successful outcomes and long-term benefits for clients.
Brian is a Chartered Construction Manager (MCIOB), Certified Project Manager (PMP) and a Certified Data Centre Professional (CDCP). He is continually enhancing his knowledge base and learning new ways of leading, managing and delivering transformative projects, including through the use of artificial intelligence, data analytics and emerging technologies.
