Senior Managing Director and Head of Corporate Debt Advisory, Herter & Co.

Björn Hofmann is Senior Managing Director and Head of Corporate Debt Advisory with Herter & Co., Teneo’s Financial Advisory business in Germany. He has more than 25 years of experience in Corporate Structured Finance.

With a focus on German Corporate Clients, Björn provides debt advisory services to clients along the entire business cycle, including refinancing, acquisition financing, growth and expansion projects, amend-to-extends and restructuring situations. For his transactions, he uses all relevant financing instruments such as classic bank loans, promissory notes, bonds, mezzanine and asset-based financings. His broad and reliable network among bankers, investors and alternative lenders offers clients access to the relevant financing sources at the best available terms.

Prior to joining Herter & Co., Björn was with IKB as Managing Director and Head of Corporate Structure. Prior to his time at IKB, Björn held leadership roles in leveraged finance and investment banking at Mediobanca, WestLB and Dresdner Kleinwort.
