Bill Edger is a Managing Director with Teneo. In this role, he focuses on capital structure optimization, ongoing capital allocation advisory, financial restructuring, strategic activist defense, and Plan B preparation.

Prior to joining Teneo, Bill worked at GE Aviation as part of the Financial Management Program, a two-year program specializing in leadership development. Throughout the two years, he held various financial analyst positions across the Aviation businesses. Most recently, he was a financial analyst for the Military Systems Operations business focusing on various military contracts and the financial planning and analysis around these. Bill has also held cost analyst, FP&A analyst, and engineering finance roles across the GE Aviation businesses where his responsibilities ranged from financial modeling to key metrics analysis.

Bill is a graduate of the College of the Holy Cross with a B.A. degree in Economics.
