Ben Carroll is a Senior Associate with Teneo’s People Advisory business. In this role, he advises clients spanning multiple industry sectors on executive search and advisory mandates.
Ben joins Teneo with 10 years of experience in retained executive search. Most recently, Ben was an Associate in Spencer Stuart’s Board Practice.
At Spencer Stuart, Ben served a wide range of clients from public Fortune 500 to private mid-cap organizations spanning multiple industry sectors, advising on corporate governance matters including board composition analysis, succession strategy, search, compensation and compliance. On search assignments, he was responsible for the overall execution process, including project management and client reporting, search strategy and market research, candidate development, and compliance and due diligence.
Prior to Spencer Stuart, Ben held several roles in research and knowledge management with various executive search firms. Most recently, he was the Manager of Research Operations and Training with Odgers Berndtson US.
Ben holds a B.A. in Human Relations from The University of Oklahoma. He is based in Houston, TX.
