Ben Yellen is a Senior Vice President with Teneo based in New York.

Ben partners with clients to advise them on investor relations, financial communications and special situations. He also has experience with shareholder activism, management transitions and executive positioning efforts.

Prior to joining Teneo, Ben spent nearly eight years at Elliott Management, where he started as a Financial Reporting Analyst and most recently was a Research Analyst, where he covered a breadth of industries as a generalist, including industrials, energy and others. While at Elliott, Ben was responsible for performing the due diligence efforts that served as the foundation for public and private activist campaigns to drive value creation initiatives.

Prior to Elliott, Ben worked at Ernst and Young as a Financial Services Assurance Associate in the Asset Management practice.

Ben graduated from The Smeal College of Business at Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Ben is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York.
