Ben Wilson is a Senior Managing Director and Head of Teneo’s Strategy & Communications business in Australia.
Based in Sydney, Ben brings more than 30 years of advisory experience working with boards and senior executives on high-profile and complex corporate transactions. Prior to joining Teneo, he was a Managing Partner at GRACosway, where he led the transactions communications practice, advising deal teams, management and boards.
Ben specialises in complex corporate situations across energy, technology, infrastructure, financial services, resources and real estate, with deep experience in major international inbound M&A and transformational transactions. His work includes landmark mandates such as the largest take-private of an ASX-listed technology company, as well as acquisitions spanning renewables, energy transmission and distribution, infrastructure and private equity carve-outs. Ben also leads media training programmes for senior executives and leadership teams.
Earlier in his career, Ben worked in broadcast journalism and in government and ministerial advisory roles. This experience underpins his effectiveness in high-pressure communications scenarios involving regulators, investors, media and other key stakeholders.
