Antonio Aybar is a Managing Director with Teneo’s Financial Advisory business, based in Madrid. Antonio focuses on further developing Teneo’s Valuation Advisory Services offering.
Prior to Teneo, Antonio spent 18 years at Deloitte in the Transactions department, most recently as the Director of Valuation & Business Modeling. While at Deloitte, Antonio advised national and multinational companies on issues related to valuation, M&A and financial modelling, leading numerous valuation processes in the contexts of M&A, restructuring, litigation, tax and accounting.
Prior to joining Deloitte, Antonio was a Junior Consultant at Indra Sistemas, S.A., a major Spanish global technology and consulting firm. He began his career as an Exploitations and Operations Engineer at Tragsatec, S.A.
Antonio has a bachelors in Agricultural Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid and an MBA with Honors from IE University. Antonio also received a master’s in Strategy Consultancy for the Institute for Market Studies.
