Andy Parnis

Managing Director

Andy is a Managing Director at Teneo with over seven years’ experience in strategic communications. He specialises in working with multinational EMEA companies on all aspects of financial/capital markets communications and investor relations.

Previously, he was at Finsbury where he was a Managing Director in the Capital Markets practice and Head of the Technology, Media and Telecoms team. Recent experience includes the launch of the SoftBank Vision Fund in 2017 and the IPO of Network International in 2019. Andy has also advised on several complex M&A transactions including SoftBank’s acquisition of ARM Holdings plc in 2016 and the mergers of WIND / 3 Italia and Virgin Media / O2. Other clients included ITV, Cineworld, VEON and Snam.

Prior to moving into strategic communications, Andy spent six years as an equity analyst at UBS/Lehman Brothers and qualified as a Chartered Accountant at Deloitte. Andy holds a BSc (Hons) in Economics & Politics from the University of Bristol, England.
