Andy Parnis is a Managing Director at Teneo with 20 years’ experience. He leads the MENA Capital Markets practice, specialising in working with regional companies on all aspects of capital markets communications and investor relations.

Since relocating to the Gulf in 2020, Andy has advised on over ten regional IPOs and currently provides investor relations and financial communications advice to leading publicly listed companies across ADX, DFM and Saudi Exchange. Previously, he was at Finsbury in London where he was a Managing Director in the Capital Markets practice and Head of the Technology, Media and Telecoms team and also undertook a secondment in New York.

Prior to moving into capital markets communications, Andy spent nine years as an equity analyst at UBS and Lehman Brothers and as a ICAEW Chartered Accountant (ACA) at Deloitte. Andy holds a BSc (Hons) in Economics & Politics from the University of Bristol, England.
