Andy Parnis

Managing Director

Andy is a Managing Director at Teneo with 18 years’ experience. He specialises in working with multinational EMEA companies on all aspects of financial/capital markets communications and investor relations.

Since relocating to the Gulf, Andy has advised ADNOC Drilling and Fertiglobe on their IPOs on ADX and currently provides investor relations and financial communications advice to both companies post listing. Other client experience includes ADNOC, Network International, TAQA, Emirates REIT and BT Group. Previously, he was at Finsbury in London where he was a Managing Director in the Capital Markets practice and Head of the Technology, Media and Telecoms team. In his role, he advised on several IPOs and complex M&A transactions including SoftBank’s acquisition of ARM Holdings plc, the merger of Virgin Media / O2 and the merger of Viacom / CBS whilst on secondment to the New York office. Other clients included Liberty Global, ITV, Siapem, VEON and Snam.

Prior to moving into strategic communications, Andy spent nine years as an equity analyst at UBS and Lehman Brothers and qualified as a Chartered Accountant at Deloitte. Andy holds a BSc (Hons) in Economics & Politics from the University of Bristol, England.
