Andrew Shailer is a Director with Teneo in Bermuda, having joined Teneo following its acquisition of KPMG’s Bermuda Restructuring business.​

Prior to the acquisition, Andrew was a Director of KPMG Advisory Limited in Bermuda, primarily focusing on insurance solutions, and restructuring. While at KPMG, Andrew worked in the Bermuda office and completed secondments to the restructuring teams in the Manchester and London offices of KPMG UK.

While in London Andrew was seconded to the Financial Services Authority (“FSA”) as an insurance supervisor in the FSA’s run-off team. In his role at the FSA, Andrew supervised a portfolio of insurance companies in run-off and was the supervisor charged with reviewing all proposed insurance schemes of arrangement.
