Alyssa is a Senior Director with Teneo’s Financial Advisory business, based in New York. Alyssa brings her experience as a forensic accountant and CPA to Teneo’s clients facing legal and regulatory scrutiny.
In her role, Alyssa provides expertise in forensic accounting to resolve complex financial challenges, assist in developing litigation strategy, lead financial investigations, uncover illegal or illicit financial activity and provide transparency to stakeholders. Her forensic experience in financial statement misrepresentation, contract and transaction disputes, bankruptcy investigations and risk assessment and regulatory compliance across diverse industries provides a unique value to Teneo’s clients.
Prior to joining Teneo, Alyssa has held various risk and compliance roles with a focus on delivering forensic accounting services across various industries and entity types. She has supported the investigations and compliance team at AlixPartners, the dispute resolution practice of Houlihan Lokey, the Anti-Money Laundering internal audit team with JPMorgan and the risk advisory practice at KPMG.
Alyssa is a NYS Certified Public Accountant and holds a Certification in Financial Forensics and is FINRA registered Series 63 and 79. She graduated from Salve Regina University with a B.A. in Accounting and Finance. She is also a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a member of the Forensic and Valuations Section of the AICPA, and a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants.
