Alec Marshall is a Director and Head of Delivery Excellence with Teneo’s Management Consulting business, based in London. He is responsible for improving the productivity and quality of project delivery within the UK Consulting team, which includes oversight of the Knowledge Management and Training teams.

Alec previously worked extensively in Teneo’s Technology practice (having joined the boutique firm Credo in 2010, which Teneo acquired 2017) with a focus on software, data service providers and domain names. Alec helped clients manage the commercial, product, operational and profitability challenges associated with cloud transformations (e.g. go-to-market strategy, salesforce effectiveness, customer lifecycle management and operating model transformation).
