Teneo Strengthens U.S. Financial Advisory Team with Texas-Based Oil & Gas Restructuring Leader Bryan Gaston
Teneo, the global CEO advisory firm, today announced the appointment of Bryan Gaston as a Senior Managing Director with the firm’s Financial Advisory business.
Based in Houston, Bryan brings over 30 years of professional experience, including more than two decades specializing in restructuring and advising distressed companies and their creditors. He has deep expertise across the energy sector, particularly in oil & gas, as well as in manufacturing, retail and forest products.
Bryan has worked in and out of court on some of the most complex restructuring matters. He has held interim management and advisory roles and has provided testimony in various jurisdictions across multiple cases. Most recently, Bryan was a Senior Managing Director for a full-service, national firm where he was responsible for practice leadership and client service delivery.
Prior to his most recent role, Bryan held senior positions at a Houston-based advisory firm specializing in energy, as well as other national and boutique restructuring firms. Earlier in his career, he worked in commercial lending and business valuation at Merrill Lynch and in auditing and litigation consulting at KPMG.
