Teneo Appoints Sumrana Saleem as a Managing Director

Teneo, the global CEO advisory firm, today announced the appointment of Sumrana Saleem as a Managing Director with the firm’s People Advisory business in London. Sumrana will work closely with Tom van Rooyen who recently joined Teneo and leads the firm’s CFO practice.

Sumrana is a seasoned recruitment leader with over 20 years of experience in executive search, specialising in the Banking & Financial Services sector. Prior to Teneo, she was a Partner at Page Executive, where she led the Corporate Functions practice, delivering bespoke talent solutions to a diverse portfolio of financial institutions.

Renowned for her deep market insight and strategic approach, Sumrana has successfully placed senior executives across key functions, including Compliance (SMF 16/17), Internal Audit (SMF 5), Risk (SMF 4), COO (SMF 24) and Finance (SMF 2). Her extensive knowledge of the regulatory landscape and evolving industry demands enables her to consistently match top-tier talent with complex leadership mandates.
