Teneo Appoints Enda Lowry as a Managing Director

Teneo, the global CEO advisory firm, today announced the appointment of Enda Lowry as a Managing Director with the firm's Financial Advisory business.

Enda is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Ireland and a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner in the Republic of Ireland. He has over 16 years of experience in business restructuring and insolvency in Ireland and overseas, joining Teneo after working in boutique firms in Melbourne, Australia and Dublin. Prior to this, he completed his Chartered Accountants Ireland and Irish Taxation Institute qualifications with a Big 4 firm. Enda is also a member of the Irish Tax Institute, Restructuring and Insolvency Ireland and INSOL Europe, where he sits on the Technical Committee.

Enda manages all aspects of formal insolvency appointments and provides restructuring advice to company directors, secured creditors and legal firms. He has assisted banks with distressed loan cases and appraising the need to appoint a Receiver. He has managed numerous Receiverships, Creditors’ Voluntary Liquidations and Members’ Voluntary Liquidations, and has been a lead team member on some of the most high-profile Credit Union liquidations in the State. Enda is an experienced IP practitioner and has had wide-ranging involvement in the property, technology and pharmaceutical industries in particular.
