Matt Filosa Joins Teneo as Managing Director

Teneo, the global CEO advisory firm, today announced the appointment of Matt Filosa as a Managing Director.

Prior to joining Teneo, Matt spent over 17 years as a recognized leader in the corporate governance community. His extensive experience includes serving as Vice President and Director of Corporate Governance at MFS Investment Management, where he managed the corporate governance program for $500 billion in assets under management.

During his career, Matt has also served as an Associate Director at Harvard Law School's Program on Corporate Governance and served on its Advisory Council, and as a Proxy Analyst at Fidelity Investments.
