Few industries have faced greater disruption during the COVID-19 pandemic than the commercial airline industry. As carriers recover and rebuild, they are navigating significant financial and organizational challenges related, in part, to evolving health and safety protocols, technology outages, labor shortages and changes in customer behavior.
