Teneo Launches Global People Advisory

Teneo, the global CEO advisory firm, today announced the launch of its People Advisory brand. The global team includes more than 70 professionals who are actively engaged in more than 110 projects across executive search, board advisory, and culture and organizational transformation.

Teneo’s People Advisory business is jointly led by Diane McIntyre in the U.S., Sue O’Brien in the UK and Anna Whitlam in Asia Pacific.

The People Advisory team represents a consolidation of the firm’s Ridgeway, Anna Whitlam People and U.S. Talent businesses. This new positioning reflects the business’ global presence, expanding scope of services and ambitious plans for growth.

Teneo acquired UK-based Ridgeway Partners in January 2021 as an expansion of its board and executive search functions. In August 2021, Teneo furthered its growth into the APAC region with the acquisition of executive search firm Anna Whitlam People.
