William Brocklehurst

Managing Director

Will is a Managing Director with Teneo, based in Hong Kong. He has extensive experience advising multinationals and regional corporates on public affairs issues and reputation management in Asia. He currently advises clients in the financial services, automotive, energy and healthcare sectors.

Prior to joining Teneo, Will led corporate affairs in Asia for Bupa, a British multinational insurer. He was responsible for Bupa’s government relations strategy for market entry into mainland China and Bupa’s input into healthcare reform in mainland China, Hong Kong SAR, Singapore and Thailand. Before moving to Hong Kong SAR, Will managed Bupa’s response to the UK competition authority’s investigation into the private healthcare market and led multiple thought leadership initiatives for the company.

Will started his career working for the Confederation of British Industry, the UK’s leading business association, for five years, working on technology and climate change policy reform. He has a Masters in European Politics from the London School of Economics.
