Stephen is part of the senior management team that leads the Sports Advisory Practice based out of the Dublin office.

Stephen has extensive experience identifying ways for the C-suite to effectively utilise their sponsorship portfolio in addressing key business challenges. He advises rightsholders who wish to find additional investment through sponsorship and provides expertise for those who wish to restructure the commercial model.

Stephen had gained over eighteen years’ experience primarily in creative advertising and communications where he provided advice to public and private sector clients across multiple industries. Stephen has experience working in various global network creative agencies, leading the development and management of award winning brand campaigns. He has worked on some of the world’s most successful alcohol, automotive, tech, sport and FMCG brands helping them achieve their commercial objectives through effective advertising campaigns.

Prior to joining Teneo Stephen held the role of Business Development Director in a creative agency where he led the campaign development and activation of a telco client’s partnership with Manchester United which spanned throughout the Caribbean.

Stephen holds a Business Studies from the University of Limerick and a Diploma in Sport Psychology from the Institute of Art Design & Technology in Dublin. Stephen also holds a Diploma of Education, Digital Transformation Management from the University College Dublin.
