Sarah Hagan

Managing Director

Sarah has extensive experience using strategic communications to build reputation, drive effective engagement campaigns and navigate challenging issues. She brings broad communications skills and sector experience, having worked in both global consultancy and high-profile in-house communications roles over the last twenty years.

Sarah was most recently Group Communications and Marketing Director for Capco, the FTSE 250 property investment company, leading all external engagement and providing reputation counsel at CEO and Board level. This included advising on significant corporate transactions and investment plans. Prior to this Sarah was a Director at Burson Marsteller where she led strategic advisory work and global campaigns for Shell, GSK, Accenture, Kimberly-Clark and Jones Lang LaSalle.

Sarah was also Communications Director for GSK’s Consumer Healthcare business in Europe directing communications and issues management for high profile brands. Prior to this she was Head of Communications for Network Rail where she led campaigns for controversial major infrastructure projects and was heavily involved in crisis management. Sarah began her career at Weber Shandwick implementing communications campaigns for a wide range of brands and organisations.
