Samantha Samwick is a Vice President with Teneo’s Strategy & Communications business, based in New York.

Samantha specializes in investor relations, financial communications, crises & special situations, and has worked with clients across multiple industries in M&A transactions, shareholder activism, strategy and leadership transitions, and executive positioning efforts. She also serves as the Chief of Staff to the Chairman of Americas.

Prior to joining Teneo, Samantha was an Analyst at RBC Capital Markets. During her time at RBC, she worked in Debt Capital Markets within the Private Placements team, and in the Equities division as an industrials sector trader.

Samantha graduated with honors from the University of Michigan – Stephen M. Ross School of Business, earning a Bachelors in Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance.
