Sam Oliver-Welsh is a Director within Teneo’s Private Equity Growth practice, part of the Management Consulting business.
Sam brings over 10 years’ of consulting experience focussing on growth topics. He has worked for a broad range of clients, from small application providers to large multi-national firms, and is now focussed on bringing his value creation expertise to Private Equity backed companies.
A particular focus of Sam’s work is top-line growth, helping businesses shape and execute commercial strategies that drive revenue and profit improvements. He has deep pricing experience and develops tailored strategies for his clients to grow commercial value – from proposition development and monetization to revenue model transformation.
Prior to Teneo, Sam worked at Simon-Kucher & Partners, a boutique pricing consultancy, and in the Commercial Strategy Practice at Accenture UK&I. He holds a BA in Philosophy, Politics & Economics from Durham University.
