Rohini Nambiar is a Senior Associate with Teneo, based in Singapore.

As a Senior Associate, covering Greater China and Southeast Asia, Rohini directly supports Teneo’s Asia-Pacific Chairman and serves as an integral member of the broader Asia-Pacific team by analyzing global geopolitics, regional politics, regulatory and policy issues, and a range of other key issues important to Teneo clients. In this role, she serves as Asia-Pacific policy analyst, establishing well-researched and carefully articulated views to help clients better understand and address major political and economic developments in the region.

Prior to joining Teneo, Rohini worked at the Singapore Institute of International Affairs (SIIA) as a Senior Policy Research Analyst (ASEAN). She conducted research and tracked developments in Indonesia and Malaysia and covered other pertinent issues to the region with a focus on digital policy. Before that, she was a news producer at CNA938 and an Assistant Producer at CNBC International, where she booked and coordinated guest segments for CNBC International’s flagship program, Squawk Box Asia. She has field produced on-site for local and international conferences such as Singapore FinTech Festival 2017, APOS Bali 2018 and the WEF Indian Economic Summit 2017. Rohini has written articles on financial and technology news for CNBC.com.

Rohini holds a MSc in International Relations from the University of Edinburgh and a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Political Science from the National University of Singapore.
