Navi Brar is a Senior Vice President at Teneo, focused on supporting clients with ESG strategy formulation, reporting & disclosures, materiality assessments and net zero efforts.

Prior to joining Teneo, Navi was Vice President, Sustainable Finance at RBC Capital Markets, where he worked with Fortune 500 clients to structure sustainable debt transactions in the bond and bank markets. He also led ESG advisory engagements across industries and geographies, including supporting companies with ESG matters as part of the initial public offering process. Before joining RBC Capital Markets, Navi worked for RBC’s global Citizenship & ESG team where he built and launched RBC Tech for Nature, a flagship community investment strategy to address the climate crisis.

Navi holds a B.A. in Political Science from the University of British Columbia and an M.B.A. from the University of Nottingham.
