Leslie Hart is a Senior Vice President within Teneo’s Strategy & Communications Advisory.
Co-leading the firm’s U.S. coaching offering as a center of excellence, Leslie leverages her expertise to prepare CEOs, C-suite executives, and senior corporate leaders for critical conversations with their full range of stakeholder audiences, including media and investors. She advises executives in advance of internal and external events such as IPOs, media appearances, investor days, brand and product launches, global leadership team meetings, employee town halls, and international conferences. As a strategist, she advises a broad portfolio of Fortune 100 clients on executive positioning, corporate narrative, content creation, DE&I, sustainability initiatives, reputational challenges, and media relations.
A former journalist, Leslie’s credits as an interviewer and editorial content producer span broadcast and digital newsrooms, live event programming, academia, entertainment, and the arts. Prior to joining Teneo, Leslie produced video for NYU School of Law as an in-house digital media strategist. She was also part of the launch team for Al Jazeera America, building and leading a digital content platform for the nightly public affairs TV show “Consider This.” Additional credits include presidential election coverage for Current TV, live-event and media production for the World Science Festival, and culture and climate desk coverage for the PBS newsmagazine “Need to Know.”
Leslie completed her MBA with distinction at NYU Stern and earned a Master of Science degree from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Journalism. She is a summa cum laude graduate of Northwestern University’s School of Communication.
