Joy Arcangeli is a Managing Director with Teneo’s Management Consulting business.

Since joining Teneo, she has co-led the development of the Teneo Management Consulting ESG practice and advised clients across industries in creating their ESG vision and developing their strategy, operating model and roadmap. Her expertise includes business strategy, operating model design, transformational change, supply chain strategy, and due diligence.

Joy has more than 10 years of experience working with executives on translating their strategic priorities into action in both consulting and industry roles. Prior to Teneo, she spent 5 years in McKinsey & Co’s New York office. Previous roles include Director of Enterprise Strategy at Wiley, a research and education publishing firm, and Chief of Staff to the CEO at Teach For All, an international education non-profit. Joy started her career at Bain & Company.

Joy holds a BA in Economics and an MBA both from the University of Virginia, where she was a Jefferson Scholar.
