John Evers

Senior Vice President

John Evers is a Senior Vice President with Teneo, based in Toronto. His experience spans the areas of corporate strategy advisory, investor relations, corporate and financial communications, government and public affairs, and geopolitical and policy risk.

John has advised business leaders and senior policymakers across a wide range of industries on how to effectively manage complex strategic and reputational opportunities and challenges and has experience managing special situations, including corporate transactions, shareholder activism, and leadership transitions.

John previously worked with the Government of Ontario, where he provided international and domestic trade policy expertise to a variety of government ministries, and with the Clinton Foundation in New York, where he prepared country-specific briefings on a variety of political, economic, and foreign policy topics. He holds a Master of International Affairs from the Hertie School of Governance in Berlin, and a B.A. (Hons) in International Relations from the University of Toronto.
