Jay is a Senior Director in the London office of Teneo’s Management Consulting practice, where he specialises in commercial growth strategy and digital transformation across the Telco, Media and Tech (TMT) industries.
He has over 17 years of experience helping major brands develop and execute growth strategies, through M&A, new product development, business model change and new market launches, working across EMEA and North America.
Jay has helped shape a number of industry-leading initiatives by working with management teams to obtain board approval for transformational investments, and then alongside clients to operationalise them. A skilled project leader, he is experienced in developing pragmatic solutions to complex business problems, from initial concept design through to execution, particularly in the convergence of the TMT industries.
Prior to Teneo, Jay held senior roles at both top-tier and boutique strategy consulting firms, where he advised corporate clients on front-office growth strategy including pricing & packaging, customer experience and marketing analytics.
Jay obtained a first class degree in mathematics from University College, London. He continues to live in London with his wife and young son and is a fan of jazz, upcycling and a well-made Old Fashioned.
