Franck Louvrier was the communications advisor to the President of the Republic, Nicolas Sarkozy, from 2007 to 2012.
He had previously developed extensive experience in communications and politics at the Ministries of Health and Civil Service, and then at the Interior Ministry and the Ministry for Economy and Finance under Nicolas Sarkozy.
Following his time at the Elysée, he joined Publicis Groupe where he spent six years as President of Publicis Events and Vice-President of Publicis Consultants. He then became Head of Communications for the Nice Côte d’Azur Metropolis. He is currently mayor of La Baule-Escoublac and Vice-President of the Pays de la Loire region.
