Deniz Yigin is a Senior Managing Director at Teneo, advising clients across the disciplines of financial communications, investor relations, special situations, corporate reputation and issues management. She has over a decade of experience supporting Teneo’s largest global clients across industries spanning from financial services, industrials, technology, healthcare and consumer, among others.

She has provided strategic communications and investor relations support on various high-profile special situations, including large M&A, spin-offs, IPOs, shareholder activism and leadership transitions. She also has significant experience counseling clients on Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) strategies, including communications around Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) efforts and energy transitions.

Deniz is based in New York and graduated cum laude from Franklin & Marshall College with a bachelor’s degree in economics and finance.
