Costas Constantinou is a Managing Director with Teneo in London, having joined Teneo from FTI Consulting. Costas specialises in the valuation of companies and intellectual property for litigation and commercial purposes and heads the dispute valuations practice within Teneo’s valuations team.

Costas has performed expert quantum work on several high-profile cases involving claims related to shareholder disputes, misstatements in financials and direct and consequential losses.

He has worked alongside other renowned experts and has been the named expert on several cases. Costas brings to his expert role 20 years of valuation experience, including fairness opinions, valuations for financial reporting purposes, transaction and tax valuations and a plethora of private equity valuations. He has given oral expert evidence in UK Courts.

Costas has vast valuations experience across industries, including private equity, financial services, energy, technology, telecommunications, retail, logistics, pharmaceuticals, fertilisers, packaging and infrastructure.

Costas has acted for large corporates and leading law firms across jurisdictions. He is a member of the Expert Witness Institute (UK) and the Academy of Experts.
