Christopher advises clients in the areas of corporate, business, brand, customer experience, go-to-market and product strategy.
He has extensive experience in helping clients realize these strategies through operational design, implementation and activation. Most recently, he developed a new end-to-end customer experience aimed to transform the retail banking industry, both digitally and physically.
Prior to joining Teneo, Christopher worked for FIS where he held multiple positions across the organization. Within Capco, FIS’s management consulting division, he was responsible for growth strategy and implementation for clients, operated as its CMO, and was chief of staff to the CEO. For FIS, he developed the firm’s corporate strategy, brand strategy, and conducted special programs that required involvement across the C-suite.
Before FIS, Christopher worked at McKinsey, Accenture and FINRA, and created and brought to market luxury beauty company Scott Barnes. He has created and led Diversity and Inclusion programs across the firms he has worked for, and works with many organizations that raise money to fight HIV/AIDS, fight the stigma associated with the disease, and educate the public on prevention and treatment.
