Cher has spent over 15 years building leadership teams in high growth organizations. As a trusted advisor to boards and executive management teams, Cher builds talent strategies, leads executive searches, and assesses organizational effectiveness to drive growth and innovation. Her expertise is advising organizations that are scaling or have reached an inflection point, where a talent strategy is required to thrive in uncertainty and the quickening pace of change.

Previously the Chief People Officer at Ph.Creative, a global creative agency and SaaS firm, Cher led the People & Culture organization and counseled clients on their Talent and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion strategies.

Prior to Ph. Creative, Cher consulted for Haven, the Amazon, Berkshire Hathaway, and a JP Morgan health care venture. Building the talent strategy and leading their executive search organization, she focused on executive level searches in technology, healthcare, data analytics, people strategy and cybersecurity.

Cher began her career in executive search at Heidrick & Struggles in the Asset & Wealth Management practice. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from the University of Houston and completed her Master of Science, Organizational Development at the Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University. She is a member of Marshall Goldsmith’s 100 Coaches and is an Adjunct Professor at the Graziadio School of Business and Management at Pepperdine University.
