Brian Rogan

Senior Advisor

Brian Rogan is a Senior Advisor for Teneo’s capital advisory business segment.

Prior to joining Teneo, Brian served as the Vice Chairman and Chief Risk Officer of BNY Mellon, overseeing credit, operational and market risk management. Prior to that, he served as the Chief Executive Officer of Issuer, Treasury and Broker-Dealer Services where he oversaw the company’s corporate trust, depositary receipts, shareowner services, global payments, domestic cash management, trade services, broker dealer clearing and collateral management and hedge fund services business lines.

Brian offers extensive credit, market, and operational risk expertise gained through leadership positions in securities servicing and corporate banking. After joining Bank of New York in 1981, Brian oversaw a number of key business segments, including capital markets, global markets, credit restructuring, securities lending and numerous lending divisions.

Brian received a B.A. in economics from the University of Rochester and an M.B.A. from the Anderson School of UCLA.
