Ammaar is an Associate Director with Teneo People Advisory, where he focuses on the financial services sector. He advises firms on executive and board appointments across retail and commercial banking, asset management, private equity, wealth management, and financial technology.

Ammaar has partnered clients across EMEA, and takes a tailored approach to aide clients in attaining the right solution.

Ammaar holds a BA in Business with Law, and an MBA from the University of Warwick. He is also an Ambassador for the Diversity Project, a cross-company initiative championing diversity in the UK investment and savings industry, and is a member of the People Advisory DE&I Steering Committee and Teneo’s Multicultural Employee Representation Group.
