Alexander Shaw is a senior campaigns, advocacy and public affairs specialist. He has ten years’ experience in global corporate communications, crisis and issues management, mega-event delivery, human rights, international development and geo-political affairs.
Alexander has delivered creative, global reputational projects for entities and brands in Europe, the US and the Middle East, most recently as agency co-lead on the delivery of the FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022. He regularly advises on and helps drives critical decisions with political, commercial and non-governmental leadership, and has a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams, growing accounts and delivering high-impact campaigns for clients.
Alexander studied Arabic at the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London, and spent a year at the University of Damascus. In addition to the UK and Qatar, he has lived and worked widely in the region, including Syria, Lebanon, Jordan, the UAE and Oman.
