Alexa Knight

Managing Director

Alexa Knight is a Managing Director with Teneo, based in London. She joined us in 2013 and has over 20 years’ experience in strategic communications and engagement, with particular strength in public affairs, and specialises in the health and life science sectors.

She has expertise in political analysis, insight and counsel, helping clients to manage political risk and engage stakeholders. She is experienced in developing integrated corporate communications strategies, and in overseeing their implementation.

Before joining Teneo, Alexa worked in-house for ten years. She led the government affairs team at the Royal College of Nursing, covering issues including NHS funding and structure, workforce pay and conditions, and therapy areas from mental health to cancer treatment. At government regulator the Healthcare Commission she led the stakeholder and parliamentary relations teams. She subsequently worked in consultancy for Hanover and JMC.
